Sales & Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager
Working Days: 5 Days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Location: Near Bukit Batok MRT
Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,500
Company Profile: Company is specializing in stone and tile products [ sub-contractor ] to construction project. Current Marketing team with one marketing director and one senior executive, seeking for one more headcount to support the team.
Job Scopes:
- To market and promote range of products, as well as to create awareness of the company and its products & services to key clientele in the industry involving contractors and consultants.
- To follow up on key projects earmarked from concept to completion with emphasis on quality and commensurate returns on investment in time and revenue
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and maximize opportunities generating sales
- Manage key account customers, monitor sales targets, and generate new opportunities through supporting the customer's needs in terms of sales and technical aspects
- Identifies product improvements or new products and/or technologies by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Provide quality technical consultative service and generate specification documents to Architects, Faade Consultants, and Contractors by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Provide after-sales service, resolve issues, problem-solving and handle complaints in a timely manner
- To secure projects which contribute positively to the company's revenue and profits
- Construction industry with marble / granite / tiles knowledge and relevant experience are highly preferred.
- Diploma or Degree in business related background are required for this post.
- This headcount is open for sales & marketing executive / senior / assistant marketing manager depends on years of experience.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates must have relevant sales & marketing experience in construction or building materials related industry
- Must experience in liaising with Designer, Contractor and Suppliers.
