Position Overview
Seeking an Application Production Support Analyst (L2) to support Cash Management and AML systems across APAC. This role focuses on ensuring system stability, resolving production issues, and driving continuous improvements in application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 production support across APAC (24/6 coverage)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including root cause analysis and workaround solutions
- Manage and track incidents, problems, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to deliver permanent fixes
- Monitor systems proactively and enhance alerting and preventive controls
- Support application releases, change management, and maintenance activities
- Participate in disaster recovery (DR) tests and business continuity planning (BCP)
- Perform end-of-day/month batch support and regular system maintenance
- Support IT security activities, including post-patch checks
- Maintain documentation, knowledge base, and cross-train team members
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and system stability
Functional & Technical Requirements
- Strong understanding of payments systems and local clearing processes
- Familiarity with Host-to-Host (H2H) integrations and reporting systems
- Knowledge of AML, filtering, and fraud/social engineering controls
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts (e.g. double posting)
- Experience with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in application support within banking or financial systems
- Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders across teams
- Able to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Client-focused with strong ownership and accountability
- Comfortable supporting off-hours (weekends/holidays/night support when required)
