SELAS MANAGER (PASAR MALAM)

Key Responsibilities:

Fixed Store:

• Attend to walk-in customers ( Pasar malam)
• Arrange and manage merchandise
• Handle sales and daily store up keep

Mobile Stall:

• Report early to the warehouse each morning
• Travel to various sales locations (transport provided)
• Conduct on-site selling and promotion
• Return to the warehouse in the afternoon and assist with operational tasks
• Target Clients:
• Pasar malam (night market) vendors

Important Notes:

• Work involves both indoor and outdoor environments
• Early start times and physically demanding tasks are required
• Frequent movement between locations is expected
• Not suitable for those seeking a routine desk job

Requirements:

• Strong sales ability and persistence
• Comfortable with hands-on work and irregular schedules
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
