Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, claims, and CPF submissions
- Design and implement structured employee development and growth pathways
- Develop clear, role-specific performance metrics (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Track performance across metrics and conduct regular performance reviews
- Partner with the Director on recruitment, including screening and interviews
- Handle work pass applications and other manpower-related matters
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding
- Drive performance management processes and employee relations initiatives
- Review and optimise compensation structures, incentive schemes, and benefits
- Foster a positive, high-performing work culture that attracts and retains talent
- Plan and execute staff engagement initiatives (e.g. team bonding, celebrations, culture-building activities)
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or people management
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute operationally
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g. QuickHR)
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
