Job Description
- Process incoming and outgoing remittance (includes SWIFT authorization)
- Process Fund Transfers (branch account funding, PB to RB, RB to PB, internal transfer, BP to BP transfer, etc)
- Money Market/Fixed Deposits (placements, maturity/redemption, pre-termination)
- Process Foreign Exchange (FX) trades (spot and forward)
- Process Structured Products (buy, sell, interest payment, early redemption and redemption)
- Process Dual Currency Investment (DCI) - new trade and fixing
- Process FX derivatives (FX option, FX ACDC, Swaps, etc)
- End-of-day check to ensure all transactions were processed and no pending order in the orderbook
- Do reconciliation against other systems such as ARTS and FINIQ to ensure all executed trades were also processed in Avaloq
- To adhere with the processes and controls that are in place
Job Requirements
- About 3-6 years of relevant experience (i.e. cash management from banking industry)
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
- Min. Diploma/Degree or equivalent
