Attend to walk-in guests and clients timely and professionally, ensuring high-quality and welcoming client experiences
Provide concierge services for guests, which include serving beverages and assisting with general needs
Handle all incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
Collect and distribute all incoming and outgoing mails and courier items for HLB Private Bank
Ensure that meeting rooms and common areas are well maintained and ready for use
Coordinate with HR General Admin to handle requisition of stationary, printing of name cards and brochures.
Ensure well maintenance of office equipment and all other items required for office and pantry use
Assist department with business travel (booking of flight/hotel accommodation), general office insurance, corporate membership, office facilities and warehousing
Responsible for carrying out of any duties as directed by Company Management
