Responsibilities:
- Actively identify, develop and convert business opportunities from new and existing clients
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of clients business and source of wealth generation
- Ensure coverage of all relationships through client engagement, risk profiling and financial planning
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients who frequently seek strategic advice regarding financial matters
- Maintain full understanding of client goals and risk tolerance to ensure that financial strategies are appropriate
- Help clients achieve broad financial/investment goals related to the creation and management of wealth
- Develop tailored solutions that address clients investment, risk management, and financing/liquidity needs
- Plan and prioritize activities to maximize revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Ensure strong controls and effective operational and administrative tasks including compliance on regulatory requirements
- Present and communicate complex financial concepts and investment strategies with the highest degree of professionalism
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 5 years of extensive and proven experience in Private Banking
- Strong partnership, customer relationship management, and sales skills
- Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
- Strong interpersonal skills, forward looking and self-driven
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making
- Strong initiative and resourcefulness
- Good in teamwork and collaboration
- Language competency in Filipino and Hokkien would be an advantage
The candidate must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident andwilling to travel to meet clients.
