Job Description
Our client, a leading international bank with a strong regional presence, is seeking an experienced Private Banking Relationship Manager to join them in Singapore. This is a client-facing role focused on acquiring and managing relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, delivering tailored wealth solutions, and driving the growth of assets under management (AUM).
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, build, and maintain long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
- Drive business growth by developing new client relationships and expanding existing ones.
- Provide bespoke wealth advisory and investment solutions to meet clients financial needs.
- Partner with product and investment specialists to deliver a comprehensive suite of wealth management services.
- Conduct KYC/CDD on new clients and periodic reviews on existing clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and AML/CFT requirements.
- Organize and present at client events to strengthen client engagement.
- Provide input and support for product and system development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in private banking/wealth management OR relevant client-facing experience with UHNW individuals and ability to obtain CACS certification.
- Strong understanding of wealth management products, compliance, and industry regulations.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, networking, and business development.
- Independent, self-driven, and ethical with excellent teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
