Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily on-site operations and activities.
- Conduct worker and subcontractor briefings, and handle deployment.
- Plan and monitor work progress to meet project schedules.
- Coordinate resource planning within the department and workflow across departments, especially onboard vessels.
- Perform site inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
- Carry out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of marine electrical systems and components both in the workshop and onboard vessels.
- Conduct testing of electrical systems and circuit continuity using instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers, and process calibrators.
- Participate in the repair and overhaul of electrical components onboard ships and in the workshop.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Marine / Aerospace, or related field.)
- Fresh graduates are welcome 1-2 years of experience is an advantage.
