We are seeking a qualified WSHO cum Fire Safety Manager & Environmental Control Officer to oversee safety, fire, and environmental compliance across our 3 premises (2 patching plants and 1 office).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with WSH, Fire Safety, and Environmental regulations
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Organise WSH meetings, safety trainings, and fire evacuation drills
- Manage licenses and regulatory submissions (MOM, NEA, SCDF)
- Monitor environmental impact (dust, noise, emissions, waste)
- Liaise with authorities and ensure timely closure of safety findings
- Promote a strong safety culture across all operations
Requirements
- Registered WSHO, FSM & ECO
- Diploma/Degree in Workplace Safety & Health or related field
- Experience in construction / plant operations preferred
- Possess certifications in:Manage Chemical Hazards in the WorkplaceMonitoring Noise and Vibration
- Good knowledge of MOM, NEA, SCDF regulations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
