Enforce house rules on all stakeholders and take action when necessary for non-compliance
Work closely with the project team to eliminate security, safety, health and environment hazards
Establish, review, update and Improve Workplace Safety and Health procedures, measures and policies in accordance with statutory requirements
Ensure legal compliance to all statutory safety and environmental regulations and timely submission of mandatory documents
Facilitate and conduct internal auditing, to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
Responsible for all incidents reporting and investigation
Lead and manage site WSH matters for both, the company and subcontractors
Guide and train the Site Emergency Response Team (SERT) and also, organize drills
Conduct safety-related training for the staff and sub-contractors including foreign workers
Audit equipment, machinery and assets regularly to ensure that they are in good working condition and machineries are purchased for use Implement safety campaigns to promote and inculcate safety culture.
Identify environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities
Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on all WSH issues.
Any related ad-hoc duties or assignment as instructed by the Management.
Requirements:
Registered WSHO.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
Working experiences with Main Contractor would be an advantage
Possess Earth Control Measure Officer (ECMO) qualification will be added advantage.
