Manager / Senior Manager (ISO IMS)
Act as Inhouse Resource as Subject Matter Expert
- Review adequacy and compliance of ISO Integrated Management System (IMS) documents against relevant management standards
- Guide EM Services companies in documenting and implementing of ISO Management Systems
- Promote recognized principles and techniques of effective management systems including Corrective Action, Continuous Improvement, etc
Implement Internal Audits / Management Review
- Plan, schedule and coordinate Internal Audits and Management Reviews of the ISO IMS
As Inhouse Trainer on ISO IMS
- Also work with training providers to conduct ISO IMS standards, including revisions and updates to the standards
Other duties as assigned from time-to-time based on job requirements
Requirements
- Possess Recognized Degree preferably in Engineering
- Have at least 3 years of audit experience
- MUST be a registered Auditor/Lead Auditor
- Experience in process analysis and control assessment to identify weaknesses and improvement areas
- MUST be familiar with 2 or more ISO management system standards (e.g. Quality Management System - ISO 9001, Environmental Management System - ISO 14001, OH&S Management System - ISO 45001 etc)
- Familiar with Process Improvement Tools (PDCA, Kaizen, 6-Sigma, 5-WHYS, Fishbone etc)
