Job Description:
- Plan, implement, and manage WSH management systems and safety programmes onsite
- Conduct and review Risk Assessments (RA), MSRA, and Safe Work Procedures (SWP)
- EHS committee facilitations
- Perform gap analysis against client's site EHS Standards as well as any local regulations updates
- Perform regular site inspections, safety audits, and hazard identification
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor and enforce compliance with WSH Act, MOM regulations, and site safety requirements
- Prepare and present WSH reports, statistics, and monthly safety performance reports
- Liaise with relevant authorities
- Lead, guide, and coach the site safety team and supervisors
- Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the site team
Job Requirements
- Must be a registered WSHO with MOM (Singapore)
- Minimum 5 years of WSH experience
- Familiar with local authority requirements
- Strong knowledge of WSH Act, risk management, and safety practices
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, reporting)
