WSH Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to ensure alignment with Singapore WSH regulations and client requirements.
• Review and maintain critical safety documentation (RA, SWP, MS, and PTW) for high-risk work activities.
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices implement root-cause corrective action plans.
• Oversee subcontractor safety compliance and proper PPE usage across all on-site operations.
• Lead daily toolbox talks, worker safety orientations, and continuous safety education programs.
• Prepare monthly HSEQ performance reports and support ISO audit processes to maintain compliance readiness.

Requirement:

• Min. 2 years relevant experience as a WSH Coordinator or similar role.
• Registered WSHC preferred.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) or equivalent HSE qualification.
• Work-at-Height, Metal Scaffold Erection, or First Aid certs advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations proficient in Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently and engage stakeholders at all levels.
