A prestigious luxury watchmaker is seeking a dedicated Workshop Supervisor to lead its customer service workshop operations. As Workshop Supervisor, you will oversee a team of skilled watch technicians, guiding them through training, evaluations, and performance development. You will be entrusted with managing repair flows, safeguarding both quality and timelines, while driving continuous improvements in processes, tools, and workflow. Beyond technical supervision, you will play a key role in shaping the workshop culture - fostering precision, discipline, and pride in the artistry of fine watchmaking.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

• Watchmaking qualification (e.g. WOSTEP diploma or equivalent) strongly preferred.

• Proven leadership and people management skills within a workshop environment.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
