Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow, distribute repair tasks, and monitor watchmakers capacity.
  • Ensure repair quality, deadlines, and compliance with CS KPIs.
  • Support CS Manager with daily operations, improvements, and projects.
  • Handle diagnostics, admin tasks, and spare parts/tools management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality, processes, and productivity.
  • Participate in training, recruitment, meetings, and special projects.

Requirements

  • min 6 years of experience in the relevant field/industry
  • Experience in managing 13-15 watch technician in the workshop
  • Require Technical knowledge and experience in leading a team
