- Manage and guide a team of technicians to perform vehicle service & repair

- Manage and distribute work loads among the technicians

- Carry out service and repairs of vehicles if necessary

- Ensure high standard of workmanship in order to avoid repeat job

- Carry out trouble shooting and fault diagnostic by using diagnostic tools

- Perform quality check and test drive on completed vehicles before handing over to customer
