Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Drive workshop turnover by effectively managing staff, tools, and equipment.
• Team Leadership & Development: Partner with the Technical/Training Department to identify training needs and craft development plans.
• Customer Satisfaction: Conduct quality audits to maintain top-notch standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Inventory & Warranty Management: Oversee scrap parts storage and disposal, and ensure warranty processes align with factory guidelines.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Analyze recurring technical and quality issues, collaborating with the Technical Department for effective resolutions.
• Performance Optimization: Inspire the team with performance reviews and coaching sessions to hit monthly sold-hour targets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Qualifications: Nitec in Automotive Technology (Light Vehicle) or higher; Motors Trade Industry certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in the automotive industry.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and drive team success.
