Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on site.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and review safety procedures, emergency plans, and safe work practices.
- Lead safety training, toolbox meetings, and incident investigations.
- Liaise with authorities on all safety and health matters.
Requirements
- Recognised WSHO certification and registration with MOM.
- Minimum 2 years experience in workplace safety, preferably in construction.
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and practices.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Meticulous and proactive in promoting safety culture.
