Workplace Safety and Health Officer (Bedok)

We are seeking a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. The role involves developing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and promoting a safety-conscious culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement safety policies in compliance with WSH Act.
2. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections.
3. Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
4. Design and deliver safety training programs.
5. Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
6. Oversee emergency preparedness plans and conduct drills.

Other Information:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Registered WSHO certification (additional certifications like Fire Safety Manager are a plus).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in WSHO
