Location: Location: Tampines / Woodlands (This position will be based at the project site and will require travel between the two locations as needed.)
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8am to 5:30pm, Sat: 8am to 12:00pm)

Job Description:
Ensuring adherence to all safety and environmental regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), lockout/tagout procedures, and chemical safety protocols
Conducting job hazard analyses (JHA/JSA) to identify potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Organizing and delivering safety training sessions for all personnel, fostering a culture of safety awareness, and mentoring supervisors and workers.
Leading investigations into any safety incidents or near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence
Working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of project planning and execution
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Possess a valid WSHO certification recognized by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in Singapore
At least 2 years of experience in managing safety and health aspects of large-scale construction projects, preferably in the semiconductor industry
Be familiar with both local and international safety regulations, including those specific to the semiconductor industry.
Be capable of conducting safety training sessions and promoting a culture of safety among all project stakeholders.
Demonstrate the ability to work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure safety standards are integrated into all project phases.
Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associates
