- Oversee and lead the safety team and subcontractors in the implementation of Company's safety management system at sites

-Assist Workplace Safety & Health Officer in accident investigations and analysis, conduct tool box meetings, perform daily site inspection and recommend corrective actions, etc.

- Conduct safety inspections to ensure site activities are carried out in accordance to MOM safety requirements, ensuring all workers comply with MOM requirements

- Preparation of monthly WSH reports, Risk Assessment, Method statement, permit to work statistics

Conduct in-house safety orientation for all new joiners to the site, and also conduct daily tool box meeting

- Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are being carried out at all times

- To identify safety hazards on site

-Work closely with safety officer and safety personnel to ensure safety compliance are met

- Respond to WSH incidents by identifying causes and recommend corrective measures.

- Co-ordinate closely with site operation teams on all safety, health, environmental and security issues

- Experienced in dealing with MOM and NEA

- Experienced in preparing RA and SWP
