Workday Integrations Consultant

Responsibilities

. Manages the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday change requests, ensuring all requests are assessed, built, tested, deployed in a timely manner.

. Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes and facilitate approvals through the appropriate governance process.

. Maintains accurate change documentation and ensures all updates are tested and deployed in alignment with project and Workday standards.

. Building and supporting Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST web services

. Performing requirements analysis, technical design, build, testing, deployment, and production support

. Coordinating with HCM and Financials teams

. Maintaining integration documentation and data mappings

. Troubleshooting integration and data mapping issues

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with 4-5 years of relevant working experiences

. Hands-on Workday integrations experience

. SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT knowledge

. Integration troubleshooting

. Technical specifications and test scripting
