Job Description:

. Assess and analyze integration requirements anddesign built using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or web services

. Troubleshoot reported integration issues anddefects, translating them into clear technical specifications and actionableconfiguration or code changes.

. Manage the full incident and service requestlifecycle - including issue assessment, impact analysis, prioritization, build,SIT, UAT, and production deployment.

. Maintain integration documentation includingdata mapping and error-handling logic

. Collaborate with functional teams (HCM,Financials) across AMS and CR teams and external system owners on integrationdependencies

. Engage with business stakeholders to clarifyrequirements and manage expectations on SLAs for IR/SRs

o Track and report on IR/SR status and resolutionprogress

Required: Hands-on Workday integrations experience(EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio) SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT troubleshootingintegration errors and data mapping

Good to Have: Workday Integrationscertification advanced Workday Studio/XSLT governance exposure in largeprogram environments, functional knowledge in Finance or HCM areas
