Team Intro Global Mobility Service team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee mobility process. Manage end-to-end immigration processes for both international relocations and local hires. 2. Process work permits and oversee immigration cases across APAC, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. 3. Partner with external immigration vendors to maintain high service standards, with a focus on professionalism and empathy. 4. Troubleshoot complex cases and develop immigration plans, including pre-assessments, documentation and policy alignment. 5. Audit immigration files to ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies. 6. Support the development and continuous improvement of immigration policies and procedures. 7. Analyse immigration data and reports to provide insights, recommendations and risk assessments to stakeholders, while collaborating cross-functionally to optimise processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Proven experience managing end-to-end global mobility or immigration processes. 2. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. 3. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-specialist audiences. 5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Preferred Qualifications 1. Good understanding of APAC immigration laws and regulations. 2. Strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to navigate complex scenarios. 3. Proactive problem solver, with a track record of improving processes and delivering solutions in ambiguous environments.
