Job Summary

We're looking for an organized and people-oriented HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations for our site teams in a Smart Cleaning & Facility Operations industry. In this role, you'll help manage payroll, attendance, HR systems, and work permit matters - ensuring our front-line team members are well supported and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Be Doing:

HRIS & Attendance

  • Keep employee profiles updated in our HR system (Times Software).
  • Track and reconcile attendance records to make sure payroll is spot-on.
  • Share updates and reports with the team when needed.

Payroll & Compensation

  • Help run our daily, weekly, and monthly payroll cycles accurately and on time.
  • Check overtime hours and make sure pay calculations are correct
  • Prepare simple payroll reports for the management team.

Leave & Admin Support

  • Record and update leave applications in the HR system.
  • Apply leave on behalf of team members when required.
  • Prepare letters and HR-related documents like confirmations or memos.

Employee Support & Engagement

  • Be the go-to person for any HR questions - payroll, leave, attendance, or general queries.
  • Help make sure new joiners feel welcomed and supported.
  • Manage the HR inbox and handle day-to-day correspondence.

Work Permits & Compliance

  • Assist with applying, renewing, or cancelling work permits when needed.
  • Help with basic tax clearance matters and liaise with government agencies.
  • Make sure the company stays compliant with MOM and HR regulations.

Records & Documentation

  • Keep employee files and records organized (both digital and hardcopy).
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all record-keeping tasks.
