Job Description
- Drive training needs analysis and manage end-to-end learning programmes, including onboarding, technical, and leadership development
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver training, while maintaining LMS and training records
- Evaluate programme effectiveness and promote a culture of continuous learning
- Act as a strategic HR partner to support business units in achieving organisational goals
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Oversee full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit management
- Support organisational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives while driving process improvements
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements, and maintain HR documentation (e.g. SOPs)
- Provide team support, contribute to HR projects, and handle ad-hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
- Has 5 years of HRBP experience within financial services firms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Performance management and talent development
- The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
