Wire Harness Assembly Technician

Perform wire harness assembly according to schematics and work instructions

. Execute soldering, crimping, and cable termination with precision and consistency

. Carry out potting and molding processes to protect and seal electrical components

. Fabricate and bundle custom cables and wire looms for various applications

. Inspect and test assemblies for continuity, insulation resistance, and mechanical integrity

. Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to housekeeping and ESD protocols

. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and resolve technical issues

. Proven experience in wire harness assembly, soldering, and crimping

. Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards is a plus

. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings

. Good hand dexterity and attention to detail

. Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

. Non-smoker preferred for cleanroom and sensitive environments
