Venue: Changi Airport T1, T2, T3
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate advanced skills and knowledge in preparing and cooking menu items across all kitchen stations.
- Handle daily kitchen operations, including mise en place preparation, cleaning of utensils, and maintaining work areas.
- Ensure all dishes meet the required standards of quality, taste, and presentation consistently.
- Monitor and support kitchen operations at different stations to ensure efficiency and a smooth workflow.
- Assist with the implementation of menu updates in line with recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Western cuisine (e.g., pasta, grilled items, sandwiches).
- Possess a valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (as required under NEA regulations).
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as scheduled.
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
