Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Ensure all products are the highest quality
• Champion daily mise-en-place and food presentation
• Ensure stations are stocked by ordering and receiving of inventory
• Assist with research and development of specials and new food products

Quality:

• A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (minimally Level 1)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be bold and have never-say-die-attitude
• Good understanding of the preparation and storage of ingredients
