Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes
• Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes
• Work closely with the Chef de Partie and support kitchen team
• Monitor stock usage and minimize waste
• Maintain hygiene and safety in your station
• Support other kitchen staff in their daily tasks as needed.
• Ensure that food handling, hygiene, and storage procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years kitchen experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
• Team player, able to follow instructions
• Physically fit to handle kitchen pressure
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
