Western Chef

a) Involved in the preparation and cooking of all related Western, Canape, Tea Reception Buffet Catering and

Sit Down event.

b) Produce high quality plated both design, taste and quality wise to drive company's profit and customer

satisfaction and expectations.

c) Able to work independently and hands on in mis-en-place for all food ingredients.

d) Ensuring the food preparation are clean and hygienic.

e) Ensure prompt housekeeping in food preparation area,equipment and other kitchen tools.
