Key Responsibilities
. Prepare and cook meals in accordance with the menu and operational requirements.
. Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
. Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of food.
. Monitor and manage food inventory assist with stock ordering when required.
. Adhere to food safety regulations and company standards.
. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
. Applicants with experience in Halal meal preparation is highly preferred
. Prior experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
. Food Hygiene Certificate preferred (training can be provided)
. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
. Responsible, reliable, and able to maintain cleanliness standards
