Responsibilities and Duties:
Food Preparation and Cooking
Assist in the preparation and cooking of various Japanese dishes, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and presentation.
Plating and Presentation
Collaborate with the team to plate dishes attractively, maintaining consistency with the restaurant's aesthetic.
Inventory Management
Support in monitoring stock levels, placing orders for ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Sanitation and Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated work areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualification and Requirements:
Previous experience in Japanese cuisine is advantageous but not mandatory.
Training will be provided to candidates eager to learn and grow in this specialty.
Basic culinary skills with a keen interest in Japanese cooking techniques and traditions.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
