- The Welder Foreman responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Plan the welding procedure qualifications and production
- Ensure sufficient tools and supplies are available on board to allow the welding work to be performed efficiently
- Ensure that all welding is done in accordance with approved procedures
- Conducting daily Tool Box meetings
- Ensure tool are maintained in a safe working condition
- Ensure welding leads and gas hoses are run in a congestion free and safe manner
- Completing any other duties, that may be assigned by OCM/Superintendent
- Ensuring that all activities are undertaken in accordance with all safety and quality requirements
