Web Designer (UI/UX & Conversion-Focused)

Swiftly is expanding, and we are looking for a high-calibre, detail-driven Web Designer to join our team.
This is not a typical design role. It is a performance-driven, execution-focused role where your designs directly impact user experience, conversion rates, and business growth.

Swiftly is Singapore's premier Fully-Automated Incorporation and Corporate Secretary platform, designed to redefine how businesses are started and managed.
We are known for our speed, precision, and innovation, with the ability to incorporate a company or generate legal documents within seconds through automation.
Since our launch, Swiftly has achieved rapid growth and continues to challenge traditional corporate service providers by combining technology with a seamless client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design high-converting landing pages, websites, and user flows for Swiftly
- Optimise UI/UX with a strong focus on conversion rate (CRO) and user behaviour
- Translate complex processes into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces
- Work closely with management and marketing to refine messaging, layout, and user journey
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve designs based on data and performance insights
- Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across all digital touchpoints
- Stay updated on modern UI/UX trends and high-performing web design patterns
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in web design, UI/UX, or related fields
- Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, websites, or conversion-focused designs
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong understanding of user behaviour, UX principles, and conversion optimisation
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into clean, intuitive designs
- High attention to detail, with strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Bonus (not required but advantageous):
- Experience with A/B testing or CRO tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or working with developers
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or process-driven platforms

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
