Job Summary
Develop and support clinic software and web services to enhance healthcare operations, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant systems that integrate with government services and support clinic staff productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clinic software and web services/APIs that exchange data with government services to ensure seamless integration and compliance
- Research and implement advanced software solutions to improve productivity and performance for HQ and clinic staff
- Design and develop solutions using C#/VB.NET with MSSQL databases to meet operational needs
- Provide 2nd level application support by independently analyzing and resolving user issues during clinic operational hours
- Create dashboards to monitor production system status for proactive system management
- Develop secure systems compliant with IT security policies and development best practices
- Participate in mobile development projects by applying relevant experience or demonstrating aptitude for mobile technologies
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of programming experience in ASP.NET, Entity Framework, MVC, C#, VB.NET, and AJAX
- Experience designing Web API and SOAP web services following best practices
- Proficient in writing SQL scripts for data analysis
- Skilled in HTML and CSS with responsive design expertise, including handling cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Experience leveraging cloud services effectively in project development
- Ability to support systems independently during clinic operational hours
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Xamarin, and Flutter
- Familiarity with mobile application architecture patterns including MVVM, MVP, and MVC
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
