Job Summary
This is a leadership role with responsibility for driving client acquisition, portfolio growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences across the affluent and high-net-worth banking segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Relationship Managers to deliver consistent sales performance and client growth.
- Drive client acquisition, portfolio expansion, and cross-selling of wealth and retail banking products.
- Build a strong talent pipeline by recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing Relationship Managers.
- Foster a collaborative and client-centric sales culture that balances growth with service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role.
- Proven success in leading Relationship Managers and driving sales growth within priority/wealth banking.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with the ability to motivate and retain top talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
