Warehouse Team Lead / Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
• Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols
• Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Monitor and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or similar field is advantageous
• At least one (1) year prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
• Good leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Those with forklift license is a plus
