Warehouse Supervisor

Role Description

Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Coordinate staff and resources to meet delivery schedules, maintain inventory accuracy, and achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily workloads and allocate tasks to warehouse staff.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Enforce safety procedures and proper handling of goods and equipment.
• Train employees and monitor productivity and work quality.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams.
• Maintain operational records and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant warehouse experience, including team supervision.
• Understanding of inventory control and warehouse operating procedures.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Willingness to work shifts; relevant equipment certifications are an advantage.
