Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

• Plan manpower and assign daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movements, cycle counts and reconciliation using WMS.

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods and ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Monitor stock condition, expiry dates and proper storage of chilled/frozen products.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and warehouse SOPs.

• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales and Logistics teams.

• Maintain warehouse records, monitor KPIs and support operational improvements.

• Lead a small warehouse team while remaining hands-on in daily operations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of warehouse/logistics experience supervisory experience preferred.

• Experience in Food, FMCG, distribution or cold-chain operations is an advantage.

• Familiar with WMS and inventory control.

• Able to lead and train warehouse staff effectively.

• Comfortable working in chiller/freezer environments when required.

• Hands-on, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Location: Bedok
