Company Description

Cogent owns one of Singapore's largest one-stop integrated logistics hub, Cogent 1.Logistics Hub. Its subsidiary SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd offers warehouse and transportation services in Singapore.
Duties:
Supervise operations in the warehouse (unstuffing /stuffing, delivery/receiving, cutting etc.)
- Inform customers of any cargo damaged / unstuffing / stuffing photos upon operation completion
- Handle any ad-hoc arrangements such as cutting/fumigation and other services required by customers
- Monitor warehouse inbound/outbound and its space management
- Plan and distribute manpower/ resources / equipment to complete daily operational schedule
- Perform EHS site checklist and conduct daily toolbox meetings
- Prepare and issue gate in / out document for delivery and collection drivers
- Chair & follow up on monthly meeting with customers
- Liaise with vendors for job execution and invoicing
- Lead team to rectify weekly safety findings
Requirements
- NITEC in supply chain / logistics or relevant discipline
- Able to work in an outdoor warehouse environment
- Experience to supervise 6 - 8 staff
- Possess a forklift licence is an advantage

- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
