Warehouse Assistant

Transporting material in the warehouse / production floor

Load and unload finish goods only at designated areas

Tally, receive and release cargo and inventory

Coordinate with the Haulier, trucker and customers for arranging of transportation of goods

Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands

Identify areas for process improvement and help to implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and streamline operations

Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments to be accurate and report and discrepancy/damage

Always adhering to warehouse safety to avoid any personal injury / property damage

Ensuring warehouse documentation is properly endorsed

Doing stock take

Perform housekeeping to ensure safety and cleanliness

Job Requirements

2 years of experience as forklift operator or similar role

Attention to detail

Excellent coordination

Valid forklifts license (Preferably PSA)

Preferably work in Keppel Distripark (KD) before

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Ensure goods are safely handled and no damage occurs during transportation
