Responsibilities:
- Perform and monitor daily warehouse duties including but not limited to outbound (3 key processes: process orders, replenishment and value-added services (Price tagging)
- To manage and lead a team of packers and storekeeper for the daily operations of the warehouse
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing and Sales Admin to fulfil orders and deliver on a timely basis.
- Monitor and keep track of all deliveries and ensure that the service provider meets the service standards.
- Perform Cycle Count and Stocktaking
Job requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management
- Able to lead and deal with staff firmly while maintaining good working relationships
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Knowledge of SAP or willing to learn
