Assistant planner (entry level)

Job Responsibilities

• Forecast and plan production based on demand and available resources
• Schedule and release production orders accordingly
• Coordinate with project leaders, planners, and production supervisors on job prioritization based on delivery schedules
• Manage material and production planning, including material requisition and BOM/design change updates
• Confirm orders based on material availability and production capacity
• Coordinate with purchasers to ensure timely material delivery and prevent excess inventory
• Monitor material availability to ensure continuous production flow
• Report on E&O (Excess & Obsolete) and buy-down claims periodically
• Ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing

Job Requirements

• Preferably with 1-2 years experience in supply chain, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Meticulous approach is required
