WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Senior Warehouse & Production Supervisor to oversee curtain production operations, manage fabric inventory, and lead warehouse staff. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and operational management skills to ensure efficient workflow, quality control, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Supervision
  Oversee curtain shaping, finishing, and production processes to ensure product quality, accurate sizing, cleanliness, and proper presentation.

• Fabric Inventory & Stock Control
  Manage and monitor fabric inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure sufficient materials are available for production.

• Team Leadership & Workforce Management
  Supervise and coordinate warehouse workers and production staff, assign tasks effectively, and ensure productivity and discipline within the team.

• Production Planning & Scheduling
  Plan daily production schedules and monitor work progress to ensure orders are completed on time.

• Material Coordination
  Coordinate with the sewing team to ensure fabrics and materials are supplied promptly to avoid production delays.

• Quality Control Management
  Monitor product quality standards and ensure finished curtains meet company and customer requirements.

• Warehouse Organization & Safety Management
  Ensure the warehouse and factory floor are clean, well-organized, and comply with safety practices.

• Inventory Reporting & Documentation
  Maintain proper records of inventory, production output, and material usage. Prepare reports for management when required.

• Problem Solving & Operational Support
  Handle operational issues, support staff in urgent situations, and ensure smooth workflow during peak periods.

• Operational Responsiveness
  Be responsive to company operational needs and be prepared to manage urgent production or warehouse matters when required.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse supervision or curtain / textile production preferred.

• Good organizational and coordination skills.

• Responsible and able to manage workers effectively.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent tasks.
