We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee delivery and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of goods, managing fleet utilization, and supervising warehouse activities. You will act as the key liaison between drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Coordination: Plan and supervise daily delivery schedules, ensuring efficient routes and on-time deliveries.
- Driver Management: Lead and support drivers, ensuring compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
- Fleet Oversight: Manage vehicle assignments, monitor usage, and coordinate maintenance to ensure fleet readiness.
- Warehouse Supervision: Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock movement and conduct periodic stock checks to maintain accurate records.
- Dispatch Accuracy: Ensure correct packing, documentation, and loading of goods before dispatch.
- Issue Resolution: Address delivery delays, operational issues, or customer concerns promptly.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain operational records and ensure adherence to safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of Singapore road networks and traffic regulations.
- Class 4 driving license is an advantage.
