Job Summary
Dashmesh Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated, reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our operations team as a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising general warehouse operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, inventory control, documenting warehouse transactions, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse teams to ensure safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment and timely execution of warehouse activities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address operational shortfalls, maintenance, and repair needs to maintain smooth warehouse functions
- Conduct Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) risk assessments to identify hazards and determine areas of non-conformance to WSH standards
- Assist in generating WSH investigation reports and develop incident/crisis management initiatives to enhance workplace safety
- Facilitate documentation of business requirements and lead stock taking activities to ensure accurate inventory control
- Lead discussions on WSH solutions to improve existing warehouse processes and compliance
- Inspect and evaluate methods used to manage dangerous goods and time- and temperature-sensitive cargo to ensure regulatory compliance and safety
- Manage warehouse planning methods including storage and layout plans to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency
- Monitor cargo consolidation activities and storage utilization levels across various storage systems to maximize warehouse capacity
- Track warehouse and operational performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement activities
- Organize cargo handling schedules and resource planning to meet operational timelines and contingencies effectively
- Resolve warehouse operations quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Perform safety and health risk assessments regularly to maintain a safe working environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic English for accurate documentation purposes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting warehouse activities
- Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support inventory and operational management
- Physical fitness and strength to handle manual lifting and prolonged standing/walking as required by warehouse operations
- Compliance with all mandatory warehouse and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM (Overtime)
