Job Description

Oversee and manage the overall operations of the warehouse
Lead and supervise staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily tasks
Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound freight movements
Prepare and execute daily delivery schedules, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries
Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of cargo and inventory
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse at all times
Coordinate and follow up on regular warehouse maintenance and repair works
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) and external parties (e.g., transporters, vendors) to ensure smooth logistics processes
Identify and implement improvements to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations
