Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound activities, inventory control, and stock accuracy.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage manpower allocation, ensure compliance with 5S and safety regulations, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct cycle counts, support stock reconciliation, and coordinate with logistics, procurement, and retail teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare and maintain daily operation reports and documentation accurately and timely.

Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role preferred.
• Familiar with WMS systems, inventory handling procedures; forklift license is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform shift duties when required.
